- Provides budget and credit counseling, credit analysis,
financial management and corrective action planning.
Utility Bill/Energy Conservation

OUC Project Care -
Providing emergency utility assistance to customers who are
in danger of losing their utility service.

The Salvation Army (Orlando) - Electric, gas or water payment assistance to
Orange county residents once a year with proof of emergency,
calls are taken on Monday at 8:30am till all applications
are filled.

Link-Up and Lifeline Assistance Program is
designed to ensure that all residents of Florida have access to
telephone service and connections in their homes.
