Homebuyers Assistance

• Neighborhood Stabilization Program - Federal funding used to help combat the effects of high foreclosures and declining home values.  Homes are currently available for sale to qualified buyers with down payment and other assistance.
   
• Down Payment Assistance - A program available to eligible very low, low and moderate income first time homebuyers for the purchase of a new or existing unit.
   
• Homes for Sale - A select number of subsidized homes for sale in the Parramore community.

Counseling Services

• Housing and Neighborhood Development Services (HANDS) - Provides housing counseling and foreclosure prevention services to City residents.
   
• Consumer Credit Counseling  - A comprehensive housing counseling program, including pre-purchase, post purchase, delinquency payments, default, foreclosure, rental and reverse mortgage counseling.
   
• Central Florida Urban League - Counseling includes credit analysis, financial management, pre-qualification, budgeting, homebuyers educational seminars and mortgage default assistance.
